Take your airbrushing skills to the next level as Dawn guides you through the process of planning and designing a detailed airbrush cake design, as well how to create a flawless ombre and stencil on the side of a cake.
In addition to discovering how to use multilayered stencils to create special effects such as the peacock feather, and use colour theory effectively to create the right blends and tones for your project. As well as learn how to successfully cover a dummy cake base with sugarpaste to form one tier of your design.
Finally learning how to control your over spray, work in large areas and create fine detail without saturation or mistakes using a Dinky Doodle Airbrush and Rainbow Dust Liquid Colours.
Airbrushes will be available to purchase in our exclusive Academy shop along with other products from the Renshaw and Rainbow Dust ranges.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
All equipment, materials*, a cake box and an apron to wear!
A buffet styled lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Helpful academy staff, should you require assistance.
*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.
