Come along and join us here at the Academy with the wonderful Georgie Godbold creator of Sugar Wobblies and long standing member of the Sugarcraft Guild, this March on our fantastic tea pot and mice modelling class.

A brilliant introduction to sugarcraft, during this fun and enjoyable class you will learn how to properly cover a tricky round dummy shape with Renshaw Ready to Roll Icing, as well as develop your modelling skills making a variety of cute Sugar Wobblie Mice. Before creating a range of simple plunger and cut out floral decorations to adorn your design.

Not only this, you will learn how to work with a selection of sugarpastes from the Renshaw range, including our modelling pastes and ready to roll icings, acquiring the skills and knowledge to recreate the design at home.



All equipment, materials*, a cake box and an apron to wear!
Lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea.
Helpful academy staff, should you require assistance.
*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.



This course is suitable for beginners.
ALL attendees must be 18 years old, or over.
