Learn how to make this impressive high-end high-heeled shoe and accompanying shoe box with award-winning Emma Jayne. Over 2 days you will learn various skills from creating beautiful roses to modelling a delicate shoe entirely from modelling pastes. You will learn how to cover a shoe box shape made using a dummy base and create a lid to fit on top, as well as creating a wood effect board for the whole piece to sit on. Learning how to create a heeled shoe is a great technique to transfer to a number of other celebration cakes. This course is a great way of improving your sugarcraft skills and developing as a cake decorator.

 

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

All equipment, materials, a cake box and an apron!
Lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea.
Helpful academy staff, should you require assistance.
