Spend an enjoyable Saturday morning here at the Academy, with award winning, British Sugarcraft Guild accredited demonstrator Rhianydd Webb, on our wonderful cake demonstration.

Watch and learn as Rhianydd shows you how to cover a dummy cake base using Renshaw Extra White Sugar-paste, to achieve super sharp edges. Before guiding you through the process of making a beautiful rose and foliage spray design, using edible wafer paper. Bringing the creation to life using a Dinky Doodle airbrush in combination with Rainbow Dust Liquid Colours to shade and define the topper. Finally finishing the design by dusting the flower with a range of Rainbow Dust Powder Colours, to give a realistic effect.

Make sure to arrive at the Academy from 9:15 for coffee and cakes, in time for the demonstration which starts at 10 O’clock prompt, followed by the chance to purchase the products used in the demonstration and more in our exclusive shop!
