We’re excited to announce the launch of the second in the series of brand new certificated modular classes developed exclusively for the Renshaw Academy.

We are so proud to be launching this set of three distinct training modules, each covering different topics: Sugar Flowers, Royal Icing and Ready To Roll Icing.

Join us in February for our second module class in the UK teaching the art of Royal icing . This fun and friendly hands-on class is taken over three days and will guide you through the basics of making and using Royal Icing in a wide variety of techniques, including making, storing and colouring the icing, piping, stencilling and more ! You’ll take all of your creations home with you along with the confidence to re-create them and tailor them to suit all occasions and seasons.

This course is taught in our amazing and purpose-built Academy. Our friendly staff and tutors will be on hand to help you throughout the sessions. You don’t need to bring anything with you, as with all of our classes all product and equipment is provided.

This is a highly detailed class spread over a total of three days. As part of the course you will be given a bespoke Royal Icing module workbook as a guide to the relevant stages. At the end of the three days you will also be presented with a Renshaw Academy Diploma certificate showing that you have successfully completed that course.

 

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

All equipment, materials*, a cake box and an apron to wear!
Lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea.
Helpful academy staff, should you require assistance.
*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.
