Creator of Sugar Wobblies and long standing member of the Sugarcraft Guild, the wonderful Georgie Godbold is back at the Academy this March with her egg-citing Easter modelling class.
A cracking choice for beginners, you will learn how to cover a tricky egg shaped cake dummy using Renshaw Sugarpaste, to create the perfect canvas for your selection of plunger and cut out floral foliage. Discover how to successfully use alphabet cutters to create your very own Easter message, as well as how to use a textured rolling pin to create an elaborate bow to top your design! Finally creating a variety of cute Sugar chicks to bring your finished design to life.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
All equipment, materials*, a cake box and an apron to wear!
A buffet styled lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.
Helpful academy staff, should you require assistance.
*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.
