Come along and join us this July with the award winning Jacqui Kelly on her super fun faux food class, learning how to create this delicious burger and fries cake!
Throughout your day you’ll discover how to carve, crumb coat and cover a sponge using Renshaw Ready To Roll Icing, as well as learn how to make the components to the burger using Renshaw Marzipan and both our Belgian White and Milk Chocolate Modelling Pastes.
Finally Jacqui will show you how to work with a range of moulds, learning how to add texture to pastes and creating patterns.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
All equipment, materials*, a cake box and an apron to wear!
Buffet styled lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea are included.

*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.
