During the demo Dawn will show you how she created this eye catching stunning design, giving you the tips and tricks for successfully covering a tall cake with Renshaw Ready To Roll Icing, before demonstrating how to create a tropical scene using stencilling and ombre airbrushing techniques.
Not only this Dawn will also be sharing her secret to creating a stencilled pineapple design on the bottom tier of the magnificent cake, as well as how to bring your sugar flowers to life using airbrushing techniques.
Doors to the Academy open at 6 O’clock for drinks and nibbles before the 90 minute ‘Flamingo Design’ demo starting at 6:30 prompt , following with the chance to shop the airbrush and stencils used in the demo, plus more in our exclusive Academy shop.
