Get set for a 2 day spectacular with the award winning Emma Jayne Cake Design this July, on her popular ‘Indian Bride’ sculptured bust class!

An excellent choice for the experienced cake decorator looking to refine and enhance their skills, you’ll learn a broad range of transferable advanced modelling techniques to create a flawless realistic looking model.

Across the 2 days you’ll discover how to make an internal structure, using Rice Krispie treats to build the base of your design. In addition to utilising the Renshaw range of Sugarpastes, including both the Belgian White and Milk Chocolate Modelling Pastes to build accurate proportions, and sculpt life-like facial features.

As well as learn how to use the Rainbow Dust Powder and ProGel Colours to bring your design to life, working with a variety of sugarcraft tools to add detail to the sculpture.

Finally finishing the creation embellishing your ‘Indian Bride’ with extravagant jewellery, created using various brooch moulds!

Not only this, included in the price across both days, we will provide a buffet styled lunch, refreshments throughout the day and complimentary afternoon tea with a selection of sweet treats and cake.

*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.


This course is suitable for Advanced Cake Decorators.
ALL attendees must be 18 years old, or over.
