Join the fabulous Elizabeth Harris, professional bespoke cake maker and creator of her own bake-ware and cake decorating products, at the Academy for a fantastic demonstration on how to achieve the popular baking trend that is the Naked Cake.

Watch and learn as Elizabeth shows you how to use a Kitchen Aid Artisan mixer to make your very own Swiss meringue buttercream, before demonstrating how to use Rainbow Dust Colours to enhance your design.

Following the demonstration, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase the products used by Elizabeth, as well as a whole bunch of other Renshaw and Rainbow Dust products used in our Academy. All while enjoying complementary refreshments including tea, coffee and nibbles.

Arrive at the Academy for 6 O’clock for a 6:30 start.
