Join Elaine Hamey winner of the Baking Industry ‘Celebration Cake Business Of The Year Award’ this April, on her wonderful flower modelling class.

The perfect choice for beginners, during this class you will use Renshaw Flower and Modelling Paste and our brand new Petal Paste to create a variety of non-wired flowers and foliage, including fully opened roses, small plunger blossoms, filler flowers and leaves.

Not only this, you will also learn how to use Royal Icing to enhance your floral creations, discovering how to pipe and use brush embroidery techniques to add additional leaves to your design.

Finally you will finish your day by using Rainbow Dust Colours to bring your flowers to life!

 

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

All equipment, materials*, a cake box and an apron to wear!
A buffet styled lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea.
Helpful academy staff, should you require assistance.
*All our cakes are made with a standard sponge recipe which contains wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and may contain nuts. Our Rice Krispie bases may contain barley, pork gelatine and sugar. Our Marzipan products contain nuts.
