Join the wonderful Elizabeth Harris bespoke wedding cake designer, and creator of her very own range of bake-ware and cake decorating products, on our fabulous evening demonstration. Learning a variety of basic decorating skills, to perfect your bakes with.
During the demonstration, you will discover how to successfully split, layer and stack multiple cakes to achieve a tier design. Before being shown how to create a beautiful side stencil pattern, using a combination of both Royal Icing and Rainbow Dust Colours.
Following with the opportunity, to purchase the products used in the demonstration, as well as a whole bunch of other Renshaw and Rainbow Dust products used in our Academy. All while enjoying complementary refreshments including tea, coffee and nibbles.
Arrive at the Academy for 6 O’clock for a 6:30 start.
